The University of Glasgow's employee development scheme.

Learning Works aims to enable staff to enjoy and benefit from taking part in learning. An annual learning allowance of £150 can be spent on a significant range of learning activities.

This website will give you information about: Learning Works, registering with Learning Works, using your allowance and some of the wide range of learning opportunities available.

• To enable employees of the University of Glasgow to develop their potential through engaging in learning.
• To encourage all staff - particularly new or reluctant learners - to return to, and enjoy learning
