Suggestion/Complaint Form 2006-2007

Learning Works welcomes suggestions and complaints from any users of the programme. Completing the following form gives Learning Works the opportunity to develop its service.

All written suggestions/complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 48 hours.

In the case of a complaint the Learning Works Co-ordinator will investigate the matter and will answer fully within 14 days of receipt, or sooner where any initial investigation is completed more quickly. NB: Learning Works can only deal with suggestions/complaints regarding the Learning Works programme and courses.
