WorshipWorship in New Wellwynd begins at 11.00am each
Sunday. You will be met at the door by the Welcome Committee, whose
duty it is to make you feel part of the family. You will receive
hymn books and an Intimation Sheet, giving details of all that is
going on in the life of the congregation for the next week. |

Hymns
are usually from CH3 as well as Songs of God’s People, but
some are printed on the sheet. A member of the congregation assists
the Minister by reading the lessons for the day.
The Choir participates by singing an introit to
prepare for worship as well as leading the congregation in praise. |

An offering is uplifted as part of the
service to help the work of the church locally, nationally and internationally.
At the close of service, after the Benediction, there is a sung blessing. Tea and Coffee are available in the large hall at the close of the service. There is an Evening Service once per month and throughout the year
there are services for all ages. |
